Best Ever Brussels Sprouts Salad

Oh, you are going to love this one!

Salad:

1 pound brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup fresh chopped chives
salt and pepper
2/3 cups slivered almonds
1/2 cup or more of dried cranberries

Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon or more crushed garlic
1/2 cup parmesan

Combine the salad ingredients.  Then combine the dressing ingredients.  Pour dressing over salad and mix well.

Hhmm. . . GOOD!
