Zucchini with pizzazz


Here's a new idea to make zucchini more exciting.  Combine fresh chopped cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic, and olive oil.  Pour over cooked zucchini.  I tried this last night and it's delicious!

  1. That looks really good. Dad used to get so many zucchini in his garden he'd put the surplus he couldn't give away in paper bags, leave it on someone's porch, ring the doorbell and run.
