Here's a new idea to make zucchini more exciting. Combine fresh chopped cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic, and olive oil. Pour over cooked zucchini. I tried this last night and it's delicious!

Time for a change. I'm going to focus on my love of writing. Don't expect a novel, just whatever is in my heart. Look for anything from something that happened years or decades ago to a thought or sight in current day. . . sometimes heartwarming and happy, sometimes a look at the obstacles we all face. Hope you like my new venture.
That looks really good. Dad used to get so many zucchini in his garden he'd put the surplus he couldn't give away in paper bags, leave it on someone's porch, ring the doorbell and run.
