Preheat oven to 375.
4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup butter, softened
Arrange the sliced apples in a 9 inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake for 30 minutes. YUM!
