A charcoaled grilled steak for dinner






I have a Weber gas grill that I use a lot in the warmer months. But sometimes it's nice to go back to "the real thing". . . charcoal grilled steaks!

I set up my Baby Weber, as I call it, in the back yard and cooked a strip steak for dinner.

    Yum! That looks delicious. :)

    We grilled, too. We grilled a pork roast and it was perfect. Ah, summer!

    Even though its Winter here ..we still fire up the ol' barbie. Love it,'cause Pa is the only one thats allowed to cook on it..apparently!

    Grilled steak--sounds delicious. The only problem is that it is too hot here in NC. Thanks for your kind words on my blog. I am not talented--Smilebox does the work for you.
